Russell B. Adams, III

Mr. Adams concentrates his practice in bankruptcy law, creditors' rights, and civil litigation in state and federal courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Adams has extensive experience representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts, as well as in collections matters.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Foreign Affairs. He received his law degree from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Adams is a member of the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia and several federal courts.
