Carolyn B. Press practices primarily in the Cumberland office of Chung & Press, where she focuses her practice primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and Social Security disability claims. She has represented disability claimants from several states in administrative proceedings and in the federal courts, and practices family law throughout the state of Maryland.

Mrs. Press is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Allegany County Bar Association, the American Bar Association Family Law Section, and the National Association of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. She serves on the Board of Directors of Archway Station, Inc., a psychiatric rehabilitation agency providing residential and community support services.

Mrs. Press received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College and her Master of Arts degree from Tulane University. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law and Trade. Mrs. Press is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and in U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
